The abyssal-sea pressure simulation system（vessel）is independently designed and manufactured by DYSHP. The simulation system is divided into two categories based on structure: one is the overall forging structure. Second, the steel wire pre-stress winding structure. According to the installation method, it is divided into two types: vertical installation and horizontal installation. Based on the experience and cost accounting, the overall forging structure is suitable for the 80MPA and below, and the steel wire pre-stress winding structure is used for the 80MPA and above.
Our company has produced the abyssal-sea pressure simulation system with maximum working cylinder diameter of 4000mm, maximum straight section length of 9000mm, and maximum working pressure of 200MPA.
