The working principle is to place the workpiece in an inductor made of hollow copper tubes, and after passing through intermediate frequency or high frequency AC power, an induction current of the same frequency is formed on the surface of the workpiece, rapidly heating the surface or local parts of the workpiece (within seconds, the temperature can rise to 800-1000℃, while the core is still close to room temperature). After several seconds, it is quickly sprayed (immersed) with water for cooling (or sprayed with oil for cooling), completing the immersion fire work, so that the surface or local parts of the workpiece meet the required hardness requirements.
Our company has two sets of related Equipment which provide High-frequency induction hardening service to the public.
